Where the Magic Happens

I've always had a big dream of making a restaurant that focused on a rotating menu.
We finally got a chance to follow our path when we found a neighbor in our small town was trying to sell a small food truck, which to us was a gold mine. It took all of 10 months to clean it up and make it pretty, reflooring, repairing and rebuilding our little Battle Wagon.

We finally unveiled our truck in June 2021 just in time for the BBQ season and a very hot summer. With a lot of learning and processing, the idea of our concept came to life.

A regionally rotating menu that changes every month to bring in a sense of food culture that normally wouldn't be found in Moscow Idaho. We practice nose to tail in our scratch kitchen, and take a big leap from farm to table with our local farmers.
